Abstract

The general Producer Price Index (PPI) of the nine sectors in quarter III-2024 rose 0.16 percent against quarter II-2024 (q-to-q) and increased by 0.83 percent against quarter III-2023 (y-on-y).
he PPI of the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing Sector in quarter III-2024 rose 0.54 percent against quarter II-2024 (q-to-q) and increased by 7.67 percent against quarter III-2023 (y-on-y).
The PPI of the Mining and Quarrying Sector in quarter III-2024 decreased by 1.29 percent compared to quarter III-2024 (q-to-q) and decreased by 14.06 percent against quarter III-2023 (y-on-y).
The PPI of the Manufacturing Sector in quarter III-2024 rose 0.42 percent against quarter II-2024 (q-to-q) and increased by 3.12 percent against quarter III-2023 (y-on-y).
The PPI for the Electricity and Gas Supply in quarter III-2024 decreased by 0.002 percent against quarter II-2024 (q-to-q) and increased by 1.31 percent against quarter III-2023 (y-on-y). The PPI for the Water Supply in quarter III-2024 rose 0.82 percent compared to quarter II-2024 (q-to-q) and increased by 7.09 percent against quarter III-2023 (y-on-y).
The PPI for the Transportation Sector in quarter III-2024 decreased by 0.74 percent against quarter II-2024 (q-to-q) and rose 0.52 percent against quarter III-2023 (y-on-y).
The PPI for the Accommodation and Food Beverage Sector in quarter III-2024 increased by 0.72 percent and 2.98 percent compared to quarter II-2024 (q-to-q) and quarter III-2023 (y-on-y), respectively.
The PPI for the Education Services sector in quarter III-2024 rose 1.65 percent and 7.55 percent against quarter II-2024 (q-to-q) and compared to quarter III-2023 (y-on-y), respectively.
The PPI of the Health Services Sector in quarter III-2024 rose 0.69 percent against quarter II-2024 (q-to-q) and increased by 2.69 percent against quarter III-2023 (y-on-y).
